Here are some basic tips that may help you gain access to NDU resources:

  1. Try clearing your cache and cookies. Once cleared, close all browser windows and try again. The following link is a tipsheet on how to clear your cache and cookies for each browser: https://its.uiowa.edu/support/article/719
  2. Try switching browsers. Some security settings in Chrome may be blocking something that Firefox or Edge allows.
  3. Were you prompted for your O365 credentials and did you enter them? Keep your password handy. You may have a link that doesn’t include our authentication method. Let us know and we will provide a good link.
